Volunteers are an integral part of the Hope Health & Sunshine Foundation. Volunteers are needed on an ongoing basis, to help us reach our goals.

Shifts take place: 10 am – 2 pm | 2 – 6 pm | 6 – 9 pm

Volunteers are helping  where needed. Volunteers must have the ability to communicate compassionately with children and adults. A primary quality is an ability to be a good, understanding listener. Good telephone and organizational skills are essential. We have a specific need for volunteers who speak Spanish. You can volunteer as an individual, or as a couple with a spouse or friend.

This volunteer program is for those who can commit to a minimum of two four-hour shifts per month in the above capacity. Orientation is held monthly with training to follow

Pickup Volunteers

Currently in need!

Pickup volunteers use their personal vehicles to get needed resources to our families. Items vary from snack bags donated by corporate offices to pizza from a local restaurant. These volunteers help ensure that families have the food and amenities they need.

Volunteers must have their own transportation. Training is flexible and takes place prior to beginning service. Time commitments can vary, but please be available for at least two pickups per month.
